Abstract

ABO blood groups consist of complex carbohydrates on the surface membranes of red blood cells molecules. And also there is a large degree on the surface of a variety of human cells and tissues such as sensory neurons, blood platelets, and the lining of blood vessels, as well as body fluids. Thus, the importance of the ABO blood groups not to exceed all blood transfusions but also linked to the discovery of some diseases.
Heart disease is one of the most important causes of death in developing countries, the rate is increasing in these countries, according to the World Health Organization, the heart disease remains the leading cause of death worldwide.
Blood ABO and disorders of the cardiovascular factions have long been known that the blood group type ABO has a profound effect on blood clotting, being a major determinant factor von Willebrand factor VIII levels of plasma .okadd found a close association between blood group type ABO and coronary artery disease to increase the iPhone and Alibernd factor and factor VIII in plasma.
As for the factor VIII and factor von Allbrand understand a glycoproteins found in plasma and play an important role in the clotting processes as the iPhone and Allbrand worker carries blood platelets to clot the place to be.
As for the blood group ABO blood and venous thrombosis Patients those with blood groups A, B.AB more vulnerable to clot the blood to increase the von Willebrand factor and factor VIII rate. So the risk of blood venous clots linked to the level of the iPhone and Alibrand factor and factor VIII, where the patients are not the platoon o be the iPhone and Ellibrand factor plus 25% and that the presence of monosaccharides as an essential ingredient for a worker iPhone and Ellibrand is the fundamental basis for the organization of the iPhone and Ellibrand worker level which will also be present as a component of factions the blood.
