Abstract
•Dentin chips operate as materials in increasing bone formation, as a scaffold for the BMPs and promote bone formation while maintaining the structural composition of the chips as it turns through the haematoxylin and eosin stain. •The control group at the second week for surgery, the bone cavities were filled with mass of granulation tissue. In the fourth week, it was observed beginning to be bone barriers immature dye triglyceride chrome (Mason). In the sixth week of bone barriers become more mature as revealed by the Masson’s tri chrome stain. •Dentin chips group at the second week for surgery, the bone cavities were filled with granulation tissue mass surrounded the dentin chips, at fourth week observed a network of small and immature bone trabeculae, and beginning to be collagen fibers that observed with Masson’s tri chrome stain. In the sixth week was observed more bone trabeculae this network has become more mature as revealed by Masson’s tri chrome stain.
•Dentin chips with BMP group at the second week for surgery, the bone cavities were filled with mass of granulation tissue adjacent to the dentin chips BMP mix with the emergence of some small bony trabeculae and the beginning of a clear appearance of collagen fibers deposition with Masson’s tri chrome. After fourth week observed increase bony trabeculae with marked cellularity and marrow spaces. After sixth week, the network has become more mature as revealed by Masson’s tri chrome. Based on previous statistical study showed a significant difference in both the average and the coefficient of deviation between the different groups and different weeks in the digital photo technique performed on the results of Masson’s tri chrome stain.
