Abstract
The current study was performed to evaluate the osseointegration around immediate implant coated with rh-BMP-2 versus immediate implant coated with PRP through:· Histological evaluation and histomorphomrtric assessment of newly formed bone around the implant. Evaluating the bone implant contact (BIC) using scanning electron microscope (SEM)· Analysis of calcium andphosphate elements distribution among BIC.The present study design consisted of eight dogs. The lower first premolars were extracted bilaterally in each animal under general anesthesia. Immediate implantation was done by flapless technique in the sixteen extraction sockets and divided into three groups.
