Abstract
was to assess the effect of an educational program for pregnant women with cardiac diseases to improve health and outcomes through the following:
1. Assessing the pregnant women’s knowledge and reported practice related to the problems of cardiac disease during pregnancy,
2. Designing and implementing an educational program based on needs.
3. Evaluating the effect of the developed educational program for pregnant women with cardiac disease immediately and after three months (during the last trimester of pregnancy) also pregnancy outcome through assessment of newborn condition.
