Abstract

Tumor is abnormal mass of tissue which can be divided into benign and malignant tumors. A malignant tumor is referred to cancer which is formed when the genetic control of the cell proliferation is damaged and so a large number of dividing cells. Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women in the world where uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells in the milk producing glands or the ducts. A wide variety of pyrazoles especially 1,5-diphenylpyrazole derivatives with potential anticancer activity is known in the literature. The present study involves the design and synthesis of new pyrazole derivatives in order to find more efficient and safe anticancer agents with fewer side effects.
