The present study aims to identify the relationship between the decision and the problems solving style, big five personality factors, and the differences between males and females in the study variables, and the effectiveness of the training program based on the problems solving creative (Triz) in the development of decision-making, it has consisted of (300) from students Mansoura University, who are between the ages of (20-22) years, with an average age of (20¸96) and a standard deviation of (± 1¸06) the researcher used a measure of decision-making and another of problems solving style as well as the training program based on Creative problem solving (TRIZ) in the development of decision-making (prepared by researcher), and big five personality factors inventory (Costa and McCrae, 1992), and pointed out the results of the study that there is a positive correlation between the decision and problems solving style, and there is a positive correlation between the decision making and all of extraversion, openness to experience, and the admissibility and vigilant conscience, is a negative function between the decision and neuroticism, also found statistically significant differences between males and females in both decision-making and problem-solving style, big five factors personality, also found significant differences between the experimental group students and control in decision-making in direction of the experimental group. the researcher has left some of the recommendations of the proposed research.
