المستخلص First: problem of the study The problem of the study lies in answering the following questions: 1) Is the policy of empowering employees in the Benghazi public commercial banks applied? and to what extent it is applied? 2) Does employees’ empowerment affect their job performance at their banks? 3) What is the role played by the human resources management in employees’ empowerment and its impact on job performance?.
