This research deals with the relationship between charismatic leadership and the head of the psychological capital, and that the application to workers in the Iraqi university faculties in Iraq. The proposed model has been designed to look as evidence to be used to test the relationship between research variables. As it has been the list of survey to collect data through personal interview from a stratified random sample of workers in the university faculties design. In order to analyze the raw data was used to search SPSS statistical program to enter the initial data. The selected sample size has reached 327 Single. The results of the statistical analysis showed no significant difference in the views of the university faculties and workers according to their characteristics with respect to the charismatic leadership. Also it showed no significant positive correlation between charismatic leadership among all the dimensions and all the money the head of the psychological dimensions. No significant effect among the most charismatic leadership dimensions on top of the psychological dimensions of the money is also explained.
