Abstract

Studying the effect of plant residues such as (Pursaline, Eggplant
Peel, Artichoke Peel and Orange Peel
Plan of Study
1- Collecting Plant ports of fruit and vegetable store study.
2- Drying of samples and milled in preparation for work.
3- Feeding mice of Albino dynasty peel vegetables and fruit all done by
5% as well as a mixture of them by 5% for a period of 40days.
4- After 40days of study blood and serum of rats will be obtained and
analyzed.
5- Results will be statistically analyzed and give recommendations.
Liver functions
The effect of (Methotrexate) MTX and plant samples on (serum
Glutamine Pyruvate Transaminase) GPT values are illustrated. As shown
there was no significant difference between control negative and positive.
On the other hand there was significant (p ≤0.05) elevation archived by
all plant samples except eggplant and artichoke extracts compared with
control positive. Plant samples were order upon their effects on GPT
values as following: crude artichoke > crude pursaline>crude
eggplant>pursaline extract> orange extract. Same results were confirmed
by (Serum Glutamine Oxaloacetic Transaminase) GOT except those of
pursaline and orange extract which showed no significant effects.
Creatinine
The effect of (Methotrexate) MTX and plant samples on (serum
creatinin values are illustrated. As shown there was significant difference
between control negative and positive. A significant (p ≤0.05) elevation
was also archived by crude and aqueous extract of artichoke compared
with control positive. All other plant samples showed no significant
difference.
CRP
The effect of (Methotrexate) MTX and plant samples on (serum
CRP) values are illustrated. As shown there was no significant difference
between control negative and positive. On the other hand there was
significant (p ≤0.05) elevation archived by all plant samples except
artichoke and orange extract compared with control positive. Plant
samples were order upon their effects on CRP values as following: crude
pursaline > crude orange >crude eggplant>pursalen extract> eggplant
extract.
Immunoglobulin G (IgG)
The effect of (Methotrexate) MTX and plant samples on
Immunoglobulin G (IgG) values are illustrated. As shown there was no
significant difference between control negative and positive. On the other
hand there was significant (p ≤0.05) elevation cumbered with control
positive on eggplant and artichoke extract. Plant samples were order
upon their effects on IgG values as following: artichoke extract >
eggplant extract.
Immunoglobulin A (IgA)
The effect of (Methotrexate) MTX and plant samples on (serum
Immunoglobulin A) IgA values are illustrated. As shown there was no
significant difference between control negative and positive. On the other
hand there was significant (p ≤0.05) elevation cumbered with control
positive on eggplant and orange extracts. Plant samples were order upon
their effects on IgA values as following: orange extract > crude eggplant.
Immunoglobulin M (IgM)
The effect of (Methotrexate) MTX and plant samples on (serum
Immunoglobulin M) IgM values are illustrated. As shown there was
significant difference between control negative and positive. On the other
hand there was significant (p ≤0.05) elevation archived by all plant
samples except eggplant and artichoke extracts compared with control
positive. Plant samples were order upon their effects on IgM values as
following: crude artichoke > crude pursaline>crude eggplant > orange
extract> artichoke extract> crude orange.
Immunoglobulin E (IgE)
The effect of (Methotrexate) MTX and plant samples on
(immunoglobulin E) IgE values are illustrated. As shown there was no
significant difference between control negative and positive. On the other
hand there was significant (p ≤0.05) elevation archived by all plant
samples except eggplant and artichoke extracts compared with control
positive. Plant samples were order upon their effects on GPT values as
following: crude artichoke > crude pursaline>crude eggplant>pursaline
extract> orange extract.
Red blood cells
HGB
The effect of (Methotrexate) MTX and plant samples on
(haemoglobin) HGB values are illustrated. As shown there was no
significant difference between control negative and positive. On the other
hand there was significant (p ≤0.05) elevation on HGB cumbered with
control positive on eggplant, pursalen and orange extract. Plant samples
were order upon their effects on HGB values as following: orange extract
> crude pursaline>crude eggplant. Same results were
Wight blood cells (WBC)
The effect of (Methotrexate) MTX and plant samples on WBC
values are illustrated. As shown there was no significant difference
between control negative and positive. On the other hand there was
significant (p ≤0.05) elevation on WBC cumbered with control positive
archived by all plant samples except pursalen. Plant samples were order
upon their effects on WBC values as following: crude eggplant > orange
extract > artichoke extract > eggplant extract > pursalen extract > crude
orange > crude artichoke.
LYM %
The effect of (Methotrexate) MTX and plant samples on LYM%
values are illustrated. As shown there was significant difference between
control negative and positive. On the other hand there was significant (p
≤0.05) elevation cumbered with eggplant and artichoke extracts.. Plant
samples were order upon their effects on LYM% values as following:
eggplant extract > artichoke extract.
Platelets (PLT)
The effect of (Methotrexate) MTX and plant samples on PLT
values are illustrated. As shown there was significant difference between
control negative and positive. On the other hand there was significant (p
≤0.05) elevation on PLT cumbered with control positive on all plants
except orange. Plant samples were order upon their effects on PLT
values as following: artichoke extract > crude pursalen > crude artichoke
> crude eggplant> orange extract >eggplant extract >pursalen extract.
Same results were confirmed by GRAN except artichoke showed no
significant effects. Plant samples were order upon their effects on GRAN
values as following: artichoke extract > crude eggplant > eggplant
extract.
Wight after
The effect of (Methotrexate) MTX and plant samples on wight
values are illustrated. As shown there was significant difference between
control negative and positive. On the other hand there was significant (p
≤0.05) elevation on weight cumbered with control positive on all plants
except eggplant extract and artichoke. Plant samples were order upon
their effects on wight values as following: artichoke extract > pursalen
extract > crude pursalen > crude orange> crude eggplant >orange extract.
