Abstract The present study aims to develop some listening understanding skills and oral expression to the middle school students in French as a second foreign language through the proposed strategy based on the total simulation. The study was conducted on a random sample of students in second Prep Grade students of French as a second foreign language, Gharbia Governorate.The study depended on the following instruments: 1- List to determine the skills of listening understanding. 2- List to determine the skills of oral expression. 3- test to measure the availability of skills listening understanding. 4- Note card to measure the availability of oral expression skills. 5- a proposed strategy based on the total simulation for .the development of some of the skills of listening understanding and oral expression. This study resulted in the effectiveness of the proposed strategy in the development of some skills to be developed for the members of the sample. |
