Abstract
Cancer is a major health worldwide problem. The incidence of most cancers is increasing in developing countries, while it is decreasing in many western countries.Infections shift towards western lifestyle and may be the increase in life expectancy and aging are the main causes of this increasing incidence. The proportion of new cancer cases in less developed countries is expected to increase from about 56% of the world total in 2008 to more than 60% in 2030.
