Abstract Egypt suffers from food shortage problem as a result for a huge increment of population and the huge loss of agricultural soils due to desertification and erosion problems. Therefore, it is very essential to increase common bean productivity. Common bean are one of the most field in Egypt, due to its high nutritive value. Due to the alkalinity of the Egyptian soils, the level of phosphorus decrease sharply after addition, and the expensive costs of the chemical fertilizers for the poor farmers. So the attentions toward to the microorganisms which can be enhanced the absorption of phosphorus, these micro-organism called mycorrhiza. Based on the previous studies which concluded that mycorrhizal fungi play important role in the Improving growth and yield production of crops and other plants particularly grown under stress conditions. Therefore, the present study will be conducted to apply mycorrhizal fungi as biotechnological technique (Biofertilizer agents) to reduce chemical fertilizers which have dangerous effects on environment and human. |
