Abstract

Vitamin B12 is one of the most important viatmins that affect brain and cognitive function in children ,defeciensy of vitamin B12 was found in idiopathic epileptic children who were on regular therapy of antiepileptic drugs and aslo affect their cognitive function. in this study we aimed to asses relation between serum viatmin B12 level in 25 idiopathic epileptic children and numbers ,types of antiepileptic drugs and aslo its relation to cognitive function of them compared to 25 normal healthy controled group
