Abstract QRS complex duration changes due to acute myocardial infarction and after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention especially with no-reflow phenomenon have been described in many studies previously, however their relation with tissue reperfusion condition after primary PCI are not evident yet. This study aimed to investigate the value of QRS duration as indicator of tissue reperfusion in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction after successful primary PCI compared to myocardial blush grade. |
