Abstract

Fracture both bone leg increases nowdays with the high rate of accident because tibia is superficial bone. Regional anesthesia is better than general anesthesia because RA provide sufficient anesthesia, and better postoperative analgesia and satisfaction than general anesthesia, in addition to being minimally invasive and using less resources .there are two types of regional anesthesia: neuroaxial, peripheral nerve block.
