Abstract
The purpose of the present study is to evaluate clinically
and radiographically a modified technique of subapical anterior
segmental maxillary osteotomy compared to the downfracture
method in the treatment of maxillary protrusion using
cephalometric and photometric analyses to determine the soft
tissue changes in response to hard tissue movement.
