Abstract

We described the importance of mathematical biology, which aims at mathematical representation, treatment and modeling of biological processes. It has both theoretical and practical applications. By describing the systems in a quantitative manner, their behavior can be better simulated; hence properties can be predicted that might not be evident to the experimenter. We also introduced TRDE and its application on avian flu spread. In addition, made clear the importance of studying the evolution of diffusion equation and spread of multi-strain diseases. As we introduced the concept of diffusion on a model of two immune effectors and two-strain. We showed some of the previous studies that show cross-immunity. We presented model describes the spread of the two-strain disease in the presence of competing and we studied the equilibrium points, boundedness of the solution, conditions for stability of the solution and numerical solution and we got results consistent with equilibrium points. We offered the concept of networking and its importance in the study of the spread of disease and we display a model representation of two diseases interacting spreading using network.
