Abstract Nanoparticles are being explored extensively because of their size dependent chemical and physical properties. The size of nanoparticles is similar to that of most biological molecules and structures. This makes them an interesting material for application in both in vivo and in vitro biomedical research. Significant efforts have been done toward the synthesis of novel materials and applications in drug delivery and biomedicine. CS is a natural renewable resource with unique properties such as biodegradability, bioactivity, biocompatibility, non-toxicity, excellent film-forming ability and low cost. CS, an N-deacetylation product of chitin, is a soluble cationic stabilizer in acidic media, which has many applications in biomedicine and drug delivery systems. 1,2,4 triazole derivatives exhibit wide range of biological activities including antifungal,antitubercular,anti-inflammatory, anti convulsant, antibacterial, antiviral, antitumor, anti ulcerogenic and antispastic agents. |
