Address the current study (Turkey and European blocs 1949-2012), which starts in 1949 because he initially which made Turkey to join NATO, and the study concludes in 2012 with a stop Turkish negotiations to join the European Union. The study is divided into an introduction and six chapters and a conclusion and supplements and a list of sources and references the first chapter titled (Turkey and my oath of the Atlantic and the Balkans), the second chapter titled (Turkey Joint European market 1951-1992m), while the third chapter titled (Turkey and the European Union 1992-2012m), while Chapter IV titled (Turkish interior positions on the issue of Turkey’s accession to the EU) and carrying title of chapter V (attitudes and responses of regional and international acts to Turkey’s attempts to join the European Union), while Chapter VI titled (political, military and economic determinants of Turkey’s accession to the EU), and includes a determinants that hinder Turkey’s accession to the EU, where chapter addresses the most important determinants that prevented Turkey joining the European Union. The researcher on a variety of sources relied on her head unpublished Arabic documents, the documents published overseas, as well as masters and PhDs unpublished, Arabic and references and Arabized and foreign, the international network of information sites.
