Abstract Pleomorphic adenoma (PA) is the most prevalent benign tumor of the head and neck. Proteins involved in cell cycle; play an important role in various biological events such as tumor formation and progression, therefore evaluation of proliferation markers are currently used to predict biological behavior. This study was conducted to investigate: Expression of MCM3 and Ki-67 in the studied PA cases. Evaluate MCM3 and Ki-67 as current proliferative markers PA to determine their potential role as predictors of the tumor behavior . Correlation of Ki-67 and MCM3 expression with clinicopathological behavior of PA. |
