Cognition is measured by using symbol digit modalities test (SDMT).Leasion load is measured in MRI flair films using MRI cro program. Screening for depression using Beck depression inventory. Results: cognitive impairement was found in 28% of patients . EDSS of 76% of our patients ranged between (1_4.5) while 24% 0f our patients their EDSS ranged between (5_9.5).
