Abstract
play a phytochemicals an important role in the prevention, protection and treatment of various kinds of diseases, especially cancer, so this thesis dealt with the use of a combination of these extracts and number (7) of a phytochemicals to determine its role in the protection and the prevention and treatment of a type of cancer, but it is Ehrlich cancer, the experiment was conducted on (30) of female Swiss mice, which were divided into (3) groups each group (10) mice has fully been work experience on these mice, as various tests work and laboratory analysis to determine the impact and effectiveness of these extracts on this type of cancer in terms of protection, prevention and treatment, and the results of this thesis has shown that these extracts have played an important role in the protection, treatment and prevention of this type of cancer. The thesis is located in (6) chapters are as follows : Chapter 1 : In this chapter said the introduction of breast cancer, gravity and rate of infection among women, as it represents the first type of cancer that has infected by women, have also been addressed Ehrlich cancer as it represents the most famous model of breast cancer in mice, and studies turning to the two types. Chapter 2 : Turning the second quarter to definition the cancer and its characteristics, and breast cancer and transactions of gravity, it has also been mentioned Ehrlich cancer, in addition to the mechanical work of breast cancer and Ehrlich cancer, and finally was defined a phytochemicals and its role in the treatment and protection from various types of cancer, especially breast cancer and Ehrlich cancer also been mentioned some studies in this field, has been the definition of each extract of the seven phytochemicals that have been used in this thesis. Chapter 3: In this chapter mentioned experiments and roads full and detailed that were used in this thesis, as has been said all laboratory tests that were made and working methods. Chapter 4 : Display the fourth quarter results of tests and laboratory analysis of the implementation of the working methods and experiments carried out in this thesis have been the work of a vital census results and display them in detail. Chapter 5 : In this chapter discuss and interpret the results that we have emerged from these experiences and roads, analyzed and presented objectively, and comment on the results. Chapter 6 : View this chapter summary and conclusion of the thesis, and the extent of the influence of the phytochemicals in the prevention, protection and treatment of various types of cancer, especially breast cancer and Ehrlich cancer.
