Abstract
The present study aims to the statement of environmental, social and health variables resulting from the Egyptian Financial and Industrial Compan Mnaqbad- Assiut what caused the damage to the workers inside the facility and residents near and reach their positive in dealing with the environment down to protect themselves and their lack of effect on production as well as to identify the types of dangerous and regular waste resulting from the compost plant in Assiut, the study sample consisted of 310 individuals Mozeian (150) members of the plant, which has a stature 1007 factor workers and 150 members of the population in the vicinity of the factory area and (10) members of the government officials, and belong to the current study to descriptive studies to study the impact of pollution on health and society and is known as the descriptive studies designed to determine or estimate the attributes of what position or group of people and the researcher used the social sample survey methodology based on the tool questionnaire as an essential tool for data collection as well as an interview tool for officials as a tool another to collect data from the study population was born study concludes several of the most important results of air pollution caused by superphosphate fertilizer Bmnaqbad- Assiut factory is one of the most important factors that help to pollute the environment Mountqh.kma study revealed the devaluation of preserving the environment and the spread of environmental pollution in the community represented in the air and water pollution and noise study and the study it highlighted that pollution has effects on the increased cost to treat the individual as a result of diseases resulting from it.
The study also found a set of recommendations which offer environmental problems in the village officials and pressure them to reach the appropriate solutions and the development of industrial security system within the facility and upgrading the level of services in addition to the need to implement the substantive plans for the advancement of the industrial sector and help the most active in the industrial sector companies to take advantage of factory waste and follow sustainable development programs and the preservation of natural resources and the trend to cleaner production in industry and reduce pollution in all industrial fields.
