Abstract Teeth with infected root canals, particularly when reached the periradicular tissues, are a common problem in primary dentition. The premature loss of primary molars will not only limit the child’s diet choices, but it will also increase the crowding tendency. So, a successfully treated tooth is the best space maintainer1. The root canal system of the primary molars is very complex; examination of numerous primary molars revealed thin, tortuous and branching network. This morphology makes it difficult to achieve proper cleansing by mechanical instrumentation and irrigation of the canals2. |
