المستخلص
أولاً: ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية.1- مشكلة الدراسة:هناك حاجة ماسة إلى نهج جديد للتعامل مع المتغيرات والمشكلات الإجتماعية وإعادة النظر فى الحلول التقليدية لمشكلات واحتياجات المجتمع وتقديم حلول ابداعية وابتكارية لها، وتقديم أفكار جديدة من أجل تغيير واسع النطاق، والتفكير خارج الصندوق وايجاد حلول مستدامة للمشكلات الاجتماعية، وهذا هو جوهر ريادة الاعمال الاجتماعية.
فريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية هي نهج جديد يركز على الابتكار، والمخاطرة، وقد توصف من قبل البعض بأنها أفضل طريقة لمكافحة الآفات الاجتماعية. وقد تلقت ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية اهتماما متزايدا من كل من الباحثين والممارسين في القطاع الاجتماعي، وتم التعامل مع ريادة الأعمال الإجتماعية من خلال منظماتها الدولية، وقد وقع الإختيار على ”منظمة أشوكا الدولية”.
وهي أحد المنظمات الدولية غير الحكومية التي تسعىلخلققطاعمدنيمؤثرومنتج،فتهدفلتطويروتحسينالقطاعالاجتماعيوالأهليعنطريقمساعدةوتنميةقدراتالأفرادالمبدعينفيهذاالقطاعوالذينيملكونالعزيمةوالمهاراتالقياديةوالرؤيةلتغييروتطويروتحديثمجالتخصصهمفيالقطاعالاجتماعيوالتنمويويعملونعليحلمشاكلاجتماعيةملحةفيالمجتمعالذييعيشونفيه.
وتتوافق مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية بشكل واضح مع أفكار وافتراضات ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية، وتقوية الترابط بين ريادةالأعمالالإجتماعيةوالخدمةالإجتماعية يمكن أن يدعم مهمة كلا من المجالين، ويدعم نمو ريادة الأعمال الإجتماعية كإستراتجية من الممكن أن تستخدمها الخدمة الإجتماعية لحل المشكلات الإجتماعية، وخاصة من خلال طريقة تنظيم المجتمع وهي إحدي طرق الخدمة الإجتماعية التي تهدف إلي إحداثالتغييرالمقصودبهدفمساعدةالمجتمعاتعليإشباعإحتياجاتهاوالتغلبعليمشكلاتها.
وقد أوصت العديد من الدراسات بضرورة الاهتمام بقضية ريادة الاعمال الاجتماعية كاتجاه جديد للتعامل مع المتغيرات والمشكلات الاجتماعية، فمن خلال ذلك ومن خلال أن مهنة الخدمة الإجتماعية هى المهنة المنوط بها تبنى ريادة الأعمال الإجتماعية، خاصة وأن قيم وممارسات ريادة الأعمال الإجتماعية تتماشى بشكل قوى مع الخدمة الإجتماعية، فقد تحددت مشكلة الدراسة فى الوقوف على طبيعة ما تقدمه المنظمات الدولية وبالتحديد منظمة أشوكا الدولية من إسهاماتفيتفعيل ريادة الأعمال الإجتماعية فيمكن تحديد مشكلة الدراسة في العنوان الآتي: ”إسهامات منظمةأشوكا الدولية في تفعيل ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعيةفيمصر”.
2- أهمية الدراسة:
(أ) محدوديةالاهتمامالعلمىبالمنظماتالدوليةغيرالحكوميةعليالرغممنتزايدأعدادها.
(ب) تعاظمالمواردوالإمكانياتبكلأشكالهاالتىتمتلكهاالمنظماتالدولية،ويمكنأنتستخدمهافىعملهاالمهنى.
(ج) موضوعريادةالأعمالالاجتماعيةموضوعجديدومهموحيوى،فمنالضرورىلفتأنظارالتخصصاتالمختلفةوبصفةخاصةمهنةالخدمةالاجتماعيةإلىضرورةالإهتمامبريادةالأعمالالإجتماعيةكإتجاهعلميجديدللتعاملمعالمشكلاتوالقضاياالمجتمعية.
(د) ظهرتالعديدمنالمتغيراتوالمشكلاتالإجتماعيةوالإقتصاديةالتىتتطلبمعالجةجديدةلمواجهتهافىإطارمبادئوأسسريادةالأعمالالاجتماعية.
(ه) ندرةالدراساتوالبحوث – فىحدودعلمالباحثة - التىتناولتريادةالأعمالالاجتماعيةفيمصر،ممايستوجبعلىالباحثينإجراءبحوثودراساتمعنيةبهذاالمجال.
3- أهدافالدراسة:
(أ) تحديدطبيعةإسهاممنظمةأشوكافىتفعيلريادةالأعمالالاجتماعيةفيمصر.
(ب) تحديدالوسائلالتىتستعينبهافىتفعيلريادةالأعمالالاجتماعيةفيمصر.
(ج) تحديدالمعوقاتالتىتواجهمنظمةأشوكافىتفعيلريادةالأعمالالاجتماعيةفيمصر.
(د) تحديدالمقترحاتالتييمكنمنخلالهاالتخفيفمنحدةالمعوقات.
4- تساؤلاتالدراسة:
(أ) ماطبيعةإسهاممنظمةأشوكافىتفعيلريادةالأعمالالاجتماعيةفيمصر؟
(ب) ماالوسائلالتيتستعينبهافىتفعيلريادةالأعمالالاجتماعيةفيمصر؟
(ج) ماالمعوقاتالتيتواجهمنظمةأشوكافىتفعيلريادةالأعمالالاجتماعيةفيمصر؟

5- مفاهيم الدراسة:
قد تتضمنت الدراسة المفاهيم الآتية :
(أ) مفهوم إسهامات.
(ب) مفهوم منظمةأشوكا الدولية.
(ج) مفهوم تفعيل ريادة الأعمال الإجتماعية.

د-3- المجالالزمني: وهوالفترةالتيإستغرقتهاالباحثةفيإجراءالجزء الميداني من الدراسةمن20 / 9 / 2016حتي15 / 12 / 2016.
7- نتائج الدراسة:
توصلت هذه الدراسة إلي أن منظمة أشوكا تقدم إسهامات عديدة للحاصلين علي الزمالة وأعلي هذه الإسهامات هي الإسهامات المالية المتمثلة في منحة التفرغ التي تعطي للزميل لمدة ثلاث أعوام بعد حصوله علي الزمالة والمتمثلة أيضاً في تيسيرالمنظمةللزميل الوصوللجهاتمانحةلتمويلالمشروع.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلي وجود مجموعة من المعوقاتتواجهمنظمةأشوكا عند تفعيلها لريادة الأعمال الإجتماعية وأعلي هذه المعوقات هي المعوقات التي ترجع للمجتمع.
وأيضاً توصلتالدراسةإليمجموعةمنالمقترحاتلزيادةإسهاماتمنظمةأشوكافي تفعيل ريادة الإجتماعية في مصر.
ثانياً: ملخص الدراسة باللغة الإنجليزية.
1- The problem of the study:
There is an urgent need for a new approach to deal with the social changes and problems, and to reconsider the traditional solutions to the problems and needs of the community, and try to provide creative and innovative solutions, offering new ideas for wide-scale change, and think outside the box and find sustainable solutions to social problems, and this is the core of social entrepreneurship.
Social entrepreneurship is a new approach that focuses on innovation and risk-taking, and has been touted by some as the best way to fight social epidemics. Social entrepreneurship has received increasing attention from both researchers and practitioners in the social sector. Have been taking social entrepreneurship in this study through international organizations, was chosen ”Ashoka International organizations”.
It is one of the international non-governmental organizations that seek to create an effective and productive civil sector. and aims to develop and improve the social and civil sectors by helping and developing creative capacities of individuals in this sector and who have the determination and leadership skills and vision to change and develop and modernize their area of specialization in the social and development sector and working to resolve urgent social problems in the community in which they live.
Social Work profession are compatible clearly with ideas and assumptions of social entrepreneurship. strengthening the link between social entrepreneurship and Social Work can support the mission of both fields and supports the growth of social entrepreneurship as strategy could be used by Social Work for solving social problems, especially by community organizing method that one of the Social Work Methods which aims to bring about the intended change for helping communities to satisfy their needs and to overcome the problems.
Many studies have recommended that concerns of social entrepreneurship as a new trend to deal with social the changes and problems, it is through that and through that the social service profession is a profession entrusted with the adoption of social entrepreneurship, especially that the values and practices of social entrepreneurship in line are strong with the Social Work, the problem of the study has been determined to stand on the offerings of international organizations, namely Ashoka international organization to activate the social entrepreneurship.Through the previous talk can determine the problem of the study at the following address: ”contributions of Ashoka international organization to activate the social entrepreneurship in Egypt.”
2- The significance of the study:
a- The limited scientific interest of the International NGOs despite the growing their numbers.
b- Growing resources and capabilities in all its forms owned by international organizations, and can be used in their work professionally.
c- C. The subject of social entrepreneurship is new, important and vital subject, it is necessary to draw the attention of the various fields particularly the social work profession to the need of focus on the Social entrepreneurship as new scientific direction to deal with problems and community issues.
d- Many variables and socio-economic problems that require new treatment to address this in the framework of the principles and bases of social entrepreneurship emerged.
e- Scarcity of studies and research, within the limits of researcher aware, which dealt with social entrepreneurship in Egypt, which requires researchers to conduct research and studies on this area.
3- The objectives of the study:
a- Determine the nature of the contributions of Ashoka to activate the social entrepreneurship in Egypt.
b- Determine the means that used by Ashoka to activate the social entrepreneurship in Egypt.
c- Determine the obstacles that facing Ashoka to activate the social entrepreneurship in Egypt.
d- Determine the proposals in which they can alleviate obstacles.
4- Questions of the study:
a- What is the nature of contributions of Ashoka to activate the social entrepreneurship in Egypt?
b- What the means that used by Ashoka to activate the social entrepreneurship in Egypt?
c- What the obstacles that facing Ashoka to activate the social entrepreneurship in Egypt?
5- The concepts of the study:
The basic concepts of the study are determined as follows:
a- Contributions.
b- Ashoka international organization.
c- Activate the social entrepreneurship.
6- The methodological procedures of the study:
a- The type of the study: descriptive study.
b- The used method: case study method.
c- the tools of the study:
c-1- contact analysis for the reports of ashoka.
c-2- questionnaire for Egyptians fellows of ashoka.
d- the fields of the study:
d-1- Placement field: Ashoka international organization, Regional office for the Arab world, Cairo.
d-2- Human field: Some of Egyptians fellows of ashoka. (21 Fellows)
d-3- Time field: a period in which it took a researcher in the study, from 20 / 9 / 2016 to 15 / 12 / 2016.
7- Results of the study:
This study found that Ashoka offers many contributions to the fellows and the top of this contributions are the financial contributions represented in a full-time grant that gives to the fellow for three years after obtaining the fellowship, are also represented in that the organization facilitate to Fellow access to donors to fund the project.
The study found that there are a range of obstacles facing Ashoka when activated the social entrepreneurship and the highest of these obstacles are obstacles that return to the community.
The study also found a set of proposals to increase the contributions of Ashoka in the activation the social entrepreneurship in Egypt.
