Abstract
In this thesis, many theories have been appeared to address
uncertainty in any systems. The process of selecting the appropriate theory
for a given problem did not take suitable interest.
The objective of this work is divided into four parts. First part:
Display classical and modern uncertain theories where this work show the
development occurs in The Set Theory. Second part: How to choose the
suitable theory for real life problems, engineering system and Find more
accurate solution to life and engineering problems and linguistic variables
which is uncertain. Third part: introduce new view of some operations with
examples and put new proposition in these theories. Forth part: introduce
new applications from real life and engineering applications.
