المستخلص

The current study starts from a cause that always concerns the Egyptian citizen which is that some governmental social organizations, today, suffer from the low level of staff performance, the thing which is associated with the high rates of postponement, absence, sick leaves and the high average of work flow routine, while the Non-governmental organizations, today, have a high level of performance, the thing that made some people describe its work with ”The bee cell” . That’s the matter which draws the attention of the researcher to consider that phenomenon that affects the productivity of the social organizations (governmental and Non-governmental) and on the development of the Egyptian society, and that development needs the partnership between these organizations (governmental and Non-Non-governmental). from here, the idea of the research was originated to study the difference between the social organizations’ goals and its impact on staff performance in both sectors, the governmental and the Non-governmental.

- The connection between the study and a vital side of our modern time and that connection is reflected in the social organizations.
- The trial of enrichment of the theoretical knowledge in the field of studies and researches, specially, in the fields of management sociology and labor sociology.
- The trial to reach to a group of results and recommendations that can be used as data that contributes in understanding and determining the difference between social organizations’ goals and its effect on the efficiency of the staff working in both sectors in Asyut governorate so that we can get a benefit from it.
