The study aimed to identify the role of electronic newspapers in the formation of knowledge, attitudes Libyan youth towards terrorism issues, the study relied on the media survey method, and applied analytical study through the use of content analysis tool application on three electronic Libyan newspapers which are (Rusaifa news, the gate of center news and the gate of Africa ) the study had done on intentional sample consisting of 400 person of Libyan audience who are following Libyan electronic newspapers. The study found a number of findings, including: The results of the study show that the news values of the most commonly used to treat terrorism issues in the electronic Libyan newspapers in this survey were the conflict reached 16%, followed by the value of the Interests humanity in second place with 15.8%.The results of the analytical study used the electronic Libyan newspapers under study presented the terrorist issues concerned with the analysis that shows the opposite direction of the newspaper came first prize by 71.8%.For the strong players in the coverage of terrorism issues in the electronic Libyan newspapers under study, was organization Islamic State (Daesh) came first by 35.3%, followed by the officials in the second prize. The results reached to extant the target audience of Libyan electronic newspapers, explained the data that the rate of exposure of respondents to the portal center regularly came firstly by 60.3%, while in second place was the gate of Africa regularly increased by 57.3% whereas the site of Libya channel 24 rate came regularly increased by 54.8%.The results indicated that the extent of the respondents’ confidence in display of Libyan electronic newspapers to the terrorist issues and their relationship with Libyan youth, explained the results that 62.3% of the youth trust to a large extent in the presentation of electronic newspapers for terrorist cases, while 28.8% of them trust to some extent, while 9% of the audience do not trust the display of electronic newspapers to terrorist issues.
