المستخلص Objectives of the study: The main objective: To identify the performance of the management in the productive enterprise, and its impact on its production and effectiveness in the improvement and progress of the institution, and falls under this goal other objectives: 1 - To reveal the pattern of social relations prevailing in the productive establishment and its impact on production. 2 - Disclosure of the problems faced by employees within the institution and its impact on productivity. 3 - Identify the level of satisfaction of employees about the productive establishment. 4 - Identify the pattern of the relationship between the productive institution and the community within its scope. Methodology and tools of the study: For the purposes of this study the researcher used descriptive analytical method, and used the study questionnaire and collective interview and records as tools for study. The study was divided into six chapters in addition to an introduction that contains the problem of the study and its importance, the objectives of the study and its questions. The first chapter deals with the basic concepts of study and theories. The second chapter deals with the previous studies by presenting it to Arab studies and foreign studies. Previous studies . While the third chapter of the study devoted the sociological importance of the administration to the characteristics of the administration, its principles and the functions and objectives of the administration. The fourth chapter is limited to the sociology of productive enterprise: the industrial institution as a model. The fifth chapter deals with the methodological procedures of the study, such as the study methodology, the study society, the data collection tool, the study sample, the study fields, the methodology followed, and the characteristics of the sample of the study, while the sixth chapter discusses the results of the field study and the conclusion.
