Abstract
Therapeutic lasers are totally different in both their design and action from surgical laser. Reduction in its radiation energy densities below the destructive level only to activate the irradiated tissues with minimal temperature change ranging from 0.10C-0.050C eliminates its cutting or separating effects. With the exception of possible damage to the retina, these lasers are completely unharmful. This type of device emits laser beams, which has a healing effect at the moment of emission.
