The study targeted a statement after the free economic zones, industrial and economic development in Egypt and the Emirate of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, and in the light of the content of the topic of the study has been divided into the introductory chapter, and five other chapters. We have the introductory chapter of the intellectual framework of free economic zones and industrial. Turning first to the free economic zones and industrial and its role in the achievement of the development strategies were review strategies of economic development in thought, economic growth and unbalanced. Chapter II made clear the analytical study of the experience of free economic zone in the emirate of Dubai, we went to the chapter III to clarify theanalytical study of free economic zones and industry in the Arab Republic of Egypt, as well as the comparison between the experience of the free areas in Dubai (Mount) and free zones in Egypt, in chapter IV, finally, chapter V talked about the lessons learned from the experience of the mountain on the extent to which they could be applied to the axis of the Suez Canal.
