The safeguards enshrined in the Constitution and the rights of the accused in a criminal trial, both in the Egyptian Constitution and the UAE, the legal system and the Egyptian desert, explained to us the importance given to the guarantees and rights of the accused at the trial stage, criminal procedure and the protection accorded to the accused in a criminal trial in the international charters and declarations, covenants and international conventions. It was split the study to the separation of the preliminary, turn to the Constitution and the criminal legitimacy, then two parts: Section I: the study of guarantees for the accused at the initial stage of the investigation , where the guarantees granted to the accused during the investigative stage of primary rules of public order which may not be waived, or beyond its borders, before the assigned .Section II: guarantees the accused in a criminal trial, where the accused is innocent until proved guilty in a legal trial, ensure its guarantees for the defense for the same legal prosecution requested by the Egyptian Constitution Emirate requires that the accused shall enjoy the many guarantees that ensure equitable traffic procedures of criminal proceedings
