Hence the importance of this study, which sought to discuss the outlines of economic literature of theoretical and empirical about government interference in economic activity, and the relationship of this intervention efficiently the government’s performance and its impact on the economic growth rate, in order to determine the limits of the efficient intervention of the government, which would expand the growth rates, necessary to give effect to this interference and requirements in light of the global challenges (globalization), and local (editing program and economic reform adopted, and the revolutions of 25 January, 2011, and 30 June, 2013).
