First: the study problem:
Tourism is the source of national income, a it is the mirror that
reflects the image of Egypt’s civilization for all world countries. It is also
offers foreign exchange and contribute to solving the unemployment and
economic problems that threaten the lives of the Egyptians, Tourism is an
industry without smoke as they call it.
Each community’s its own set of social values that maintain its
identity and work to achieve the goals of the community; the most valuable
of youth in tourism field value of social responsibility; and the value of
loyalty ;and the value of cooperation and participation, which are
developed by the training program.
Social Work as a profession has taken upon itself the bulk of the
responsibility for young people and preparing and directing their social
values.
Social group work, as a way of social work, Can play an important
role with the youth tourism operators through the development of social
values by satisfying the needs of members and work groups activity and
implement programs to develop the skills and values of these young people
Therefore, the study problems ” Proposed training program from the
perspective of working with communities to develop social values for
youth in tourism field.”

1-youth stage is adulthood of the most important stages of life that should
be of concern to all nations and peoples, and all the officials in the
community because they represent a sign of progress and advancement
and power of the youth sector of society is a generation that is falling
upon himself to take responsibility in the future. They are thus able to
make the process of societal change.
2- Youth, especially young tourism operators from more youth groups that
need to strengthen social values them and study them from all sides.
3. state’s interest in human development has a role on the overall
development process, where to build the character and composition is
the prime mover of the development process.
4. Capacity building or developing it is appropriate to the requirements of
the new trends of development.
5. Many studies confirm the importance of helping young people to solve
their problems by investing their energies and developing their abilities
may contribute to the alleviation of the problems they face. 6. Interest in the social work profession to work on development and
building the capacity of youth, increasing their ability to perform their
jobs in all areas as a preventive goals of social service.
Third: The objectives of the study:
This study seeks to achieve the following main objective:
”Developing youths social values can be achieved by;
1- Determining the nature of young workers awareness of tourism and
social values.
2- Determining programs and activities that are provided for the
development of social values working for youth in tourism field.
3- Determining the role of the social worker in the development of social
values of youth in the field of to tourism.
4- Determining the obstacles that prevent the development of social values
of youth in the field of to tourism.
5- Determining the necessary suggestions and the development of social
values of youth in the field of to tourism.
6- Reaching to a training program according to social group work to
develop the of social values of youth in the field of to tourism.
Fourth: the questions of the study:
1. What is the nature of young people’s awareness of tourism workers
social values?
2- What are the programs and activities that are provided for the
development of social values for young workers to tourism?
3- What is the role of the social worker in the developing of social values
for young workers in tourism field? 4- What are the obstacles that prevent the development of social values for
young workers in tourism field?
5- What are the necessary proposals for the development of social values
for young workers in tourism field?
6- What the training program of social group work to develop the of social
values of youth in the field of to tourism.
Fifth: the concepts of the study:
There are many of the concepts covered in the study are as
follows:
1- The concept of the training program..

3- The concept of social value responsibility.
4- The concept of loyalty value.
5- The concept of the value of cooperation and participation.

1- The type of study: a descriptive study.
2- This study is based on the quality of the social survey approach
(comprehensive survey and sample ”Comprehensive Survey and the
Sample” as a curriculum used in descriptive research’s.
3- The tools of the study:
In this study, the researcher adopted the following tools:
- Questionnaire tourism operators for young people.
- A Guide interview semi codified for experts and specialists in the field of
tourism.
-data analysis tools:.
1. frequencies and percentages.
2. SMA:
3. The sum of the relative weights and weighted averages and relative
grades to deportation.
4. Stability Factor (Jtman): the values of stability discretion to study tools.
4-The fields of the study: the study is identified in the following:
A - placement field: The study was conducted in the province of Assiut
bodies tourist and archaeological sites.
B - The human field: The study has been applied:
• The study sample consisted of 138 young workers for tourism.
• Comprehensive inventory of experts, academics and managers
tourism enterprises and their number is (8) C - The time field: Data were collected from the field in the period from
15/11/2016 until 31/12/2016

Study results to:
1- The nature of the social values of young people in the field of tourism
awareness.
(A) General-Results To answer your question about the value of social
responsibility:
- Results of the study showed that the nature of the young workers
awareness of the value of tourism, social responsibility, reaching the
relative strength of the value of corporate social responsibility (64.51%)
and an average weight of (267.08) and a weighted average of (1.94).
(B) The overall results to answer your question about the value of
loyalty and belonging:
- Results of the study showed us about the nature of young workers
awareness of the value of tourism, social responsibility, reaching the relative strength of the value of corporate social responsibility (64.51%)
and an average of (267.08) and an average of (1.94) and the degree of
contribution of medium
(C) General findings to answer your question the value of cooperation
and participation:
- Results of the study showed us about the nature of young workers
awareness of the value of tourism cooperation and participation of
young people working with tourism reaching the relative strength of that
value (63.81%) and average (264.17) and the degree of contribution of
medium and a weighted average of (1.91)
2- The general results to answer your activities to the development of
social values for young people in tourism field.
- Results of the study showed us that those who have access to the
programs and activities in the opinion of the respondents reaching the
relative strength of these activities (59.13%) and average (156.11) and
an average of (1.77) and the degree of contribution of medium.
3- The overall results to answer your perception proposed for the role
of the social worker in the development of social values and tourism
operators for youth.
Results of the study are clear about our vision for the proposed
role of the social worker in the development of social values for young
workers in tourism field:
1- Assist young people to develop the spirit of cooperation among them.
2- Draw young people to the sources to get the required support 3-Works to strengthen the social ties among young peopleyouth.
4-Assist young people in the development of social responsibility through
the distribution of the appropriate roles for that fourth overall results to
answer your question about handicaps of the development of social
values working youth in tourism field.
Results of the study are clear that the most important obstacles
to the development of social values for young workers is tourism:
1- Rule misconceptions among young people and tourism operators effects
such as Savvy and Fahloh and courage.
2- Weakness of religious faith among the youth tourism operators.
3- Resistant young people to develop the social values.
4- low standard of living among the youth tourism operators and the effects
after the revolutions of January 25 and July 30.
5- Concentration of tourist agencies to tourists more than young workers. A results-general to answer your question proposals that lead to the
development of social values working for youth in tourism:
- The results of the study become our proposals about the development of
social values for young workers:
1- Urging young people to developed their abilities and social skills and
values development
2- Increasing tourism programs to meet the different tastes and needs of
races and without affecting the social values.
3- Intensifying personnel training programs for youth tourism.
4- Educating young people about the importance of the economic role of
tourism.
(B) The overall results to answer your question about the proposals
relating to the proposed training programs for the development of
social values for young workers in tourism in the opinion of the
researchers;
- Results of the study showed that the most important proposals concerning
the training programs for youth in tourism operators are:
1- Interest in crease trainees and lecturers efficiently.
2- Increasing training programs that focus on the value of social
responsibility for Youth Workers.
3- Tourism to the attention of the training programs that focus on the value
of cooperation and participation of young people working in tourism.
4- Interest to make training programs continuous.
