Abstract
The current study was the first study to describe the fast pathway phenomena and its characteristics.
Fast MCC pathway is not a visual illusion phenomena.
The frequency of endoscopic detection of fast pathways is higher in controls than in patient group but this is statistically not significant in our cohort.
Absence of the fast pathways of MCC was associated with undetectable TMST and farther studies are needed in a large sample size in order to differentiate cases of CRS who will benefit from functional versus drainage procedures.
