Abstract

This research aims to study the kind of the relationship between the workers’ empowerment and Job Satisfaction Applied to Misr Life Insurance Company East Delta zone. The researcher had depend on the questionnaire list to get the primary datarss through the comperhesive limitation of the workers in the company that we study. And their numbers are (289) sample. The linking (engagement) analiysis and the multiply descending (sloping) had been used to ensure the range of study hypothesis. The result of statics analysis had some results. The most important are: There aren’t any significant differences between the intervals of empowerment (The importance of the work – The choice freedom – Self efficiency – The influence) and the opinions of workers about the job satisfaction in the company that we study according to the kind and the educational level. There are significant differences between the opinions of workers about the intervals of empowerment (The importance of the work – The choice freedom – Self efficiency – The influence) and the job satisfaction in the company that we study according to the age and experience and there is arelation of positive linking between the intervals of empowerment (The importance of the work – The choice freedom – Self efficiency – The influence) and the job satisfaction. There is a significant influence the intervals of impowerment (The importance of the work – The choice freedom – Self efficiency – The influence) on job satisfaction.
