Abstract

The new trends in photogrammetry limited to digital representation, as well as a digital representation automatically through the use of computers and satellites, which led to the use of digital images rather than traditional film. It can be obtained digital images by digital representation and can be obtained through hardware or obtained by transfer of photos from digital cameras and put it directly into a digital representation of images. The primary purpose of the report is a statement of modem trends in digital photography and the possibility of its use in modem applications. It has been highlighted in this report the new trends in digital photogramrnetry pictorial in critical engineering applications and the tremendous advances in digital imaging devices and the ability to use in engineering applications as the report provided important digital elements of the camera and the technology in this area and how to find the coordinates of digital distortions images and corrections. Also highlighted the developments in airborne digital imaging technology. The report demonstrates the use of a digital camera for several years ago in the digital imaging Evaluation of digital photogrammetry and 3D cad modeling applications in construction management and describes the new trends in digital photogrammetry for example, Structure from Motion (Sfm) Photogrammetry and Multi-Resolution Photogramrnetric Framework for Digital Geometric Recording of Large Archeological Sites. The results of using digital photogrammetry high precision in engineering measurements Therefore, we recommend using digital photogramrnetry in various engineering applications.
