Abstract The present study was conducted demonstrate to study the effect of feeding different levels of dried mushroom powder and ZnONPs on the following : On growth performance (body weight, body weight gain, Feed intake, Feed conversion ratio and growth hormone), Chemical Composition of breast meat, Antioxidant status of broiler (glutathione peroxidase, catalase and malondialdehyde, superoxide dismutase), Immunological parameter (leukocyte count, differential leukocyte count, total protein, albumin, globulin),Liver and kidney function (AST, ALT, urea, creatine, uric acid),Serum lipid profil (cholesterol, tri glyceride, LDL, HDL, VLDL) and economic efficiency of broiler chicks. First Experiment: Seventy-two one week old unsexed broiler chicks Cobb were allocated into four groups each containing three replicated (6 bird ).The experimental groups was Control diet without additives and three supplemented groups with different levels dried mushroom powder (0.15%,0.20% and 0.25%). Second Experiment: Seventy-two one week old unsexed broiler chicks Cobb were allocated into four groups each containing three replicated (6 bird ).The experimental groups was control diet without additives and three supplemented groups with different levels ZnONPs (10, 25 and 35 mg/kg). |
