Abstract
All cases were done in the Urology and Nephrology centre at Mansoura University with suspected urinary obstruction .In the present work 40 patients suffering from renal disorders, (obstruction, renal failure, solitary, pyelonephritis, and transplanted) and some other10 normal cases (donors for renal transplantation) have been selected. All cases initial assessed by standard gamma camera renography. The results of applying protocol were divided into 5 groups; 10 cases are obstructed kidney, 10 cases are renal impairment patients, 10 patients are solitary functioning kidney patients, 10 patient’s pyelonephritis. All these cases are compared by 10 cases of normal kidney function diagnosed as donors.
