Abstract
In the thesis, we are concerned with qualitative properties of solutions of nonlinear di erential equations. We discuss the existence, uniqueness, Stability, boundedness, and bifurcation of steady states of systems of di erential equations. We are also concerned with some important applications arising in Biology and Ecology like those describe epidemic systems, Aids and some vaccinated models. Some numerical and graphical results are given to justify our obtained theoretical results. The thesis is divided into ve chapters. Chapter one is a general ”Introduction” where, we introduce fundamental concepts and basic results of qualitative properties of solutions of di erential equations, we outline some known notations and results on stability, and bifurcation of solutions that used throughout the thesis.
