Abstract
On studying the post-operative vault measurements the majority (69.2%) of our patients were within normal range of acceptable vault (250 to 750 um), whereas 30.8% were outliers (15.4 %< 250 um and 15.4%>750 um).
According to our study results, ICL is an effective alternative for LASER corneal refractive surgeries, with no detected short term complications. Recruitment of larger cohorts and long term follow up is recommended in future studies.
