This study deals with the experience of Al-Seraj Al-Munir Centers in Kuwait as one of the experiences of successful non-formal educational institutions, The search sought to achieve a set of objectives, most notably:1.Studying the experience of Al-Seraj Al-Munir educational centers in Kuwait.2.Analyzing the centers to find out: strengths and weaknesses.3.Presenting a proposal to benefit from the experience in the development of school summer activity clubs in Egypt. Research importance1.Lack of studies that are concerned with the experience of ”Al-Seraj Al-Munir” centers.2.Upgrading the experience of the centers Al-Seraj Centers .3.Promotion of summer clubs in Egyptian schools.Research Methodology The researcher used the descriptive approach mainly because of its suitability to the nature of the research, using the most important tools, the survey, which monitored and described the experience of Al-Seraj Al-Munir educational centers in Kuwait.Research ToolA three-axis questionnaire was designed, the first axis was the power points in Al-Seraj Al-Munir centers, and the second axis was the weak points in Al-Seraj Al-Munir centers, The third axis is an open question to identify the proposals of the study sample to overcome the difficulties facing the centers of Al-Seraj Al-Munir.The most important results of the study are:1.Al-Seraj Al-Munir Centers is one of the experiences of non-formal education in the State of Kuwait, a unique experience.2.Al-Seraj Al-Munir centers are widely distributed throughout the State of Kuwait and receive sponsorship from the Government of the State of Kuwait.3.Al-Seraj Al-Munir centers have authentic educational curricula.
