The study aims at evaluating the administrative performance of the staff /workers in the centers of women and girls in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Dakahlia governorate. The researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the research. The sample was selected randomly from the staff of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Dakahlia governorate. And they were (70) administrative, and the researcher used the personal interview and questionnaire to collect data and applied the main study on the sample of the study of the staff from 13/1/2016 to 20/2/2016. The most important results were the clear instructions and rules for participation in various activities of the Center of Women and Girls The staff within the center are distinguished by their ability to motivate trainees and there are special records for participants, tools and devices within the center.
