Abstract

Objective: Nuclear factor kB (NFκB) is a major transcription regulator of many biological processes including immune response, apoptosis and inflammation. The function of NFκB is inhibited by binding to NFκB inhibitor (IκB), and disruption of the balance of NFκB and IκB is related to various inflammatory diseases,including tumors.
