Abstract Nanotechnology is an important field research with design, synthesis of particles structure, ranging from approximately 1-100 nm diameter. The average of half-life for silver nanoparticles in human respiratory treat is 700 days. In the present study, Hundred and fifty mature male swiss albino mice weighted 30-40 gm. were divided to 15 groups each group contain 10 mice equally. Negative control: I.P. injection with normal saline, Positive control: oral dose curcumin daily an oral dose (400 mg/Kg B. Wt.) suspended in dist. H2O. Inoculated tumor control group: mice were inoculated with EAC (Ehrlich Ascites Carcinoma cells) through serial I/P of 2.5 x 106 EAC tumor cells 0.2 ml at 5-8 days intervals in the laboratory in an ascites form. The groups inject I.P. with different doses of silver nanoparticles, 100µm, AgNPs+ inoculated tumor, 200 µM/kg b.wt. of AgNPs + inoculated tumor, l00 µM/kg b.wt. AgNPs+ curcumin (400 mg/kg) + inoculated tumor, 200 µM/kg b.wt. AgNPs + curcumin (400 mg/kg) + inoculated tumor, 100 µM/kg b.wt. AgNPs before inoculated tumor 15 days then inoculated tumor cell, 200 µM/kg b.wt. AgNPs before inoculated tumor 15 days then induced tumor EAC, 100 µM AgNPs + curcumin 400 µM/kg b.wt.) before inoculated tumor 15 days then inoculated tumor EAC, 200 µM AgNPs + curcumin 400 mg/kg bw.t) before inoculated tumor then inoculated tumor EAC, 100 µM/kg b.wt.
