Abstract

The present study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of fludarabine plus cyclophosphamide in comparison with busulfan plus cyclophosphamide as a conditioning regimen in patients with severe aplastic anemia undergoing stem cell transplantation and to determine the rate of engraftment, overall survival, graft-versus-host disease and graft failure.
