Abstract
Our study included 111 patients with solid organs injuries associated with blunt abdominal trauma. All patients were hemodynamically stable on arrival according to our inclusion criteria. All the studied patients’ records were subjected to data analysis including Demographic data, causes of trauma/mechanism of injury, time to presentation, level of consciousness (GCS), vital signs at admission, after one hour and after 6 hours, fluid balance and laboratory values including hemoglobin levels at admission ,after one hour and after 12 hours, focused Abdominal Sonography ts (X-ray, CT, ultrasound), units of blood transfusion, disposition and level of care, length of hospitalization, in hospital complications, 30-day mortality.
