المستخلص The main objective of this study is to determine the relationship betweenjob insecurity and jobburn out(applied on medical reps. And sales man)and the impact of the dimensions of the job insecurity on the dimensions of job burn out. In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and data have been collected from all employees (130 employee) in EIPICO company-Dakahlia governorate, andThe(SPPS) program was used to analyzethe primary data. It is seen in the light of the outcome of the results of the study the dimension of job insecurity (quantitative job insecurity, qualitative job insecurity,powerlessness to counteract the threats) and all dimensions of job burn out (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, the felling of reduced personal accomplishment) are positively related with each other. The study made a series of academic recommendation for use in reducing the burnout levels suffered by the EIPICO employees. |
