ملخص الدراسة
عنوان الدراسة:
دراسة سيكومترية حول قياس التدفق النفسي باستخدام نظرية الاستجابة للمفردة.
أهداف الدراسة:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلي :
1- تدريج مفردات مقياس التدفق النفسي باستخدام أحد نماذج نظرية الاستجابة للمفردة (نموذج راش الوغاريتمي الاحادي المعلم).
2- تقدير قدرة الأفراد علي مقياس التدفق النفسي بعد تدريجه.
3 – عمل المعايير القياس التي تفسر علي أساسها تقديرات الأفراد علي مقياس التدفق النفسي .
4 سحب صورة/صور مختصرة متعادلة القياس من مقياس التدفق النفسي .
أهمية الدراسة :
تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة فيما يلي :
الأهمية النظرية وتتمثل في :-
قد تشجع هذه الدراسة المهتمين بالقياس النفسي علي استخدام الأساليب الحديثة للقياس في بناء وتطوير اختبارات نفسية أخري .
استخدام نظرية الاستجابة للمفردة في بناء وتدريج مقياس للتدفق النفسي قد يزيد من صدق القياس من خلال حذف استجابات الأفراد غير الملائمين وكذلك المفردات غير الملائمة.
إن استقلالية القياس التي توفرها نظرية الاستجابة للمفردة (تحرر القياس من أثر اختلاف عينة التدريج ومجموعة المفردات المستخدمة ) تتيح ثبات القياس.
الأهمية التطبيقية :-
إن تدريج مقياس التدفق النفسي باستخدام نظرية الاستجابة للمفردة بما توفره من خطية القياس واستقلاليته وموضوعيته يضيف إلي مكتبة المقاييس النفسية العربية مقياسا مطورا ومدرجا بحيث يمكن استخدامه كأداه بحثية وتشخيصية في مختلف مجالات البحث النفسي والتربوي .
يتيح استخدام نظرية الاستجابة للمفردة في تدريج مقياس للتدفق النفسي الحصول علي تقديرات للقدرة تقابل كل درجة خام كلية محتملة علي المقياس بما في ذلك الدرجات التي تقع خارج نطاق درجات عينة التدريج ,وبذا يصير المقياس صالحا لتقدير قدرة الأفراد التي تزيد قدرتهم أو تقل عن مدي تقديرات قدرة عينة التدريج المستخدمة في الدراسة الحالية .
إن استخدام نظرية الاستجابة للمفردة في تدريج مقياس للتدفق النفسي يتيح تقسيم المقياس إلي صور اختبارية مختصرة متعادلة القياس بحيث لا يختلف تقديرات قدرة الفرد علي مقياس التدفق النفسي ,ويمكن استخدام هذه الصور الاختبارية المختصرة لقياس التدفق في البحوث النفسية المختلفة ولاسيما البحوث التجريبية.
مشكلة الدراسة
تتحدد مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤلات الآتيه :-
1- هل يمكن تدريج مفردات مقياس التدفق النفسي علي ميزان خطي واحد باستخدام ”نموذج راش لمقياس التقدير” بحيث تعرف جميعها هذا المتغير؟
2- ما تقدير قدرة الأفراد لكل درجة كلية محتملة علي المقياس بعد تدريجه؟
3- ما مدي صدق وثبات المقياس بعد تدريجه؟
4- ما معايير القياس التي تفسر علي أساسها تقديرات الأفراد علي مقياس التدفق النفسي ؟
5.هل يمكن سحب صورة/صور مختصرة متعادلة القياس من مقياس التدفق النفسي ؟
مصطلحات الدراسة
التدفق النفسي
عرف ميهالي (1995) التدفق :بأنه حالة يكون فيها المرء مندمجا أو مستغرقا بصورة تامة في نشاط ما , وهي حالة ينسي فيها المرء ذاته , ويتطاير الزمن من بين يديه دون شعور منه به , وتندمج شخصيته فيها بحيث يوظف الفرد كل قدراته وإمكانياته ومهاراته إلي اقصي حد ممكن ,وهي بهذا المعني تمثل حالة التدفق أعلي تجليات الصحة النفسية (محمد عبد الجواد ,2013 ,ص5) .
نظرية الاستجابة المفردة Item Response Theory:
هي اتجاه معاصر في القياس النفسي يسعي إلي تحقيق الموضوعية وتوفير خطية واستقلالية القياس كما يسعي إلي تكامل أهداف القياس , وتفترض تلك النظرية وجود واحدة أو أكثر من السمات الأساسية غير الملاحظة التي تحدد استجابات الفرد الملاحظة لمفردات اختبار ما, كما تهتم بالربط بين استجابة الفرد علي مفردة اختبارية وبين خصائص هذه المفردة . ويندرج تحت هذه النظرية عدد من النماذج الرياضية الاحتمالية التي تعين العلاقة المتوقعة بين الاستجابات الملاحظة علي الاختبار والسمات أو القدرات غير الملاحظة التي يفترض أنها تحدد هذه الاستجابات (أمينة كاظم ,1988,ص 41).
نماذج نظرية الاستجابة للمفردة
يندرج تحت نظرية الاستجابة للمفردة عدد من النماذج الرياضية الاحتمالية المتعددة من بينها النموذج اللوغاريتمي أحادي المعلمOne- Parameter Logistic modelهو نموذج يهتم بتقدير معلم واحد فقط للمفردة هو معلم الصعوبة , بينما النموذج اللوغاريتمي ثنائي المعلمTwo -Parameter Logisti model يهتم بتقدير معلمين للمفردة هما معلم (الصعوبة والتمييز) ,بينما النموذج اللوغارتمي ثلاثي المعلم Three -Parameter Logistic model يهتم بتقدير ثلاث معالم للمفردة هما معلم (الصعوبة –التمييز- التخمين) (صلاح علام ,1995,ص 188).
تدريج الاختبار باستخدام نظرية الاستجابة للمفردة :
يقصد بتدريج أي اختبار أو مقياس من المقاييس التي توضع لتقدير إحدي القدرات أو السمات السلوكية : إنشاء ميزان لتدرج هذه القدرة أو السمة مقدرا بوحدة قياس معرفة هي اللوجيت (أمينة كاظم ,1994 ,ص116).
الاختبارات متعادلة القياس
هي الاختبارات التي لايختلف فيها تقدير قدرة الفرد باختلاف أدائه علي أي اختبار منها,وتتدرج جميع بنود هذه الاختبارات علي ميزان تدرج واحد له صفر مشترك واحد وبوحدة قياس معرفة (Hambleton, Swaminathan&Rogers1991,p123).
معايرة المقياس
ويقصد بالمعايير في الدراسة الحالية تحديد مستويات معرفة للقدرة أو السمة المراد تقديرها تكون بمثابة معايير يفسر علي أساسها أداء الأفراد علي المقياس ويكون الحكم علي مستويات الأفراد علي هذه القدرة أو السمة بردها إلي المعايير التي تتمشي مع أهداف القياس(أمينة كاظم ,1994 ,ص116).
يمكن تفسير الدرجة علي أي مقياس إما بردها إلي معايير الجماعة أو محكات الإتقان ,ويكون المقياس في الحالة الأولي جماعي المرجع وفي الحالة الثانية محكي المرجع.
وتتحدد معايير القياس المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة في المعايير جماعية المرجع وهي الرتب المئينية والدرجات التائية.
الإطار النظري للدراسة
أولا: التدفق النفسي ( تعريفات التدفق النفسي .النظريات المفسرة له, مكونات التدفق النفسي ,خصائص الشخص المتدفق,طرق قياس التدفق النفسي)
ثانيا :أساليب القياس السلوكي (أساليب القياس السلوكية ,القياس الموضوعي (نظرية الاستجابة للمفردة),نموذج راش)

خطة الدراسة:وقد اشتملت علي:
- اسئلة الدراسة
1- هل يمكن تدريج مفردات مقياس التدفق النفسي علي ميزان تدرج خطي واحد باستخدام ”نموذج راش لمقياس التقدير ”بحيث تعرف جميعها هذا المتغير؟.
2- ما تقدير قدرة الأفراد علي مقياس التدفق النفسي بعد تدريجه؟
3- ما مدي صدق وثبات المقياس بعد تدريجه؟
4- هل يمكن عمل معايير القياس التي تفسر علي أساسها تقديرات الأفراد علي مقياس التدفق النفسي ؟.
5- هل يمكن سحب صورة/صور مختصرة متعادلة القياس من مقياس التدفق النفسي.؟
- عينة الدراسة:
يتم تطبيق البحث الحالي علي عينة قوامها (400) طالبة من طالبات كلية البنات(قسم تربية طفل) ممن يقمن بابتكار نماذج فنية تستخدم كمتطلبات تكميلية لبعض المقررات الدراسية , تطبق عليها أدوات الدراسة .ويتم جمع البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيا وتفسيرها في ضوء أهداف البحث.
– أدوات الدراسة:
استخدمت الباحثة مقياس التدفق النفسي(إعداد الباحثة ) الذي يتكون في صورته الأولية من (72) مفردة والمشتق من عدة مقاييس لقياس التدفقمثل:
مقياس التدفق النفسي إعداد جاكسون ومارش (1996),مقياس التدفق النفسي إعداد كريستيان (2006) ,مقياس التدفق النفسي إعداد مجدي حسن يوسف(2007),مقياس التدفق النفسي إعداد آمال باظه (2011),مقياس التدفق النفسي إعداد هبة حسين (2012) .
خطة المعالجة الإحصائية:-
لتحليلوتدريج أدوات الدراسة أجريت المعالجة الإحصائية في الخطوات التالية :-
• إدخال وتصحيح البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائيspss, وكذلك في حساب مقاييس النزعة المركزية ومقاييس التشتت والرتب المئينية.
• استخدم برنامج Winsteps في تحليل المفردات وفقا لنموذج ”راش”.
نتائج الدراسة
أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عما يلي:
- أمكن تدريج مفردات مقياس التدفق النفسي باستخدام نموذج راش علي ميزان تدريج خطي واحد له صفر واحد ووحدة قياس ثابتة ومعرفة وهي اللوجيت التي أمكن تحويلها إلي وحدة منف ,وذلك بعد اختبار كفاءة مقياس التقدير المستخدم والتحقق من من توافر أحادية البعد في بيانات التحليل ,وقد بلغ عدد مفردات المقياس في صورته النهائية 66 مفردة بعد حذف المفردات غير الملائمة لأسس القياس الموضوعي والتي بلغ عددها 6 مفردات .
- أمكن حساب تقديرات الأفراد المقابلة لكل درجة خام كلية محتملة علي المقياس .
- أمكن التحقق من صدق وثبات المقياس في صورته النهائية بعد تدريجه باستخدام نموذج راش.
- أمكن حساب كل من المعايير التائية والرتب المئينيةللمقياس التي تفسر تقديرات المفحوصين علي المقياس الكلي في صورته النهائية.
- أمكن سحب صورتين مختصرتين متعادلتي القياس من المقياس الكلي تحتوي كل منهما 30 مفردة تغطي كافة أبعاد التدفق النفسي المتضمنة في المقياس الكلي.
Summary of the Study
Title of the Study : APsychometic Study on Measuring psychological flow Using Item Response Theory.
Amis of Study:
1-Building and Calibrating the psychological Flow scale using Item Respose Theory Models.
2-Developing norms that help interpreting the examinee on psychological flow scale.
3-Deriving one (or more) equated, short version(s) from the psycological flow scale.
Importance of the study
The theoretical importance:
1 - This study adds to the measuring tools in psychology objective measure of psychological flow is characterized honestly measurement and persistence.
2-This study may encourage those interested in psychological compared the use of modern methods of measurement in the construction and development of psychological tests again.
3-The practices of omitting invalid and unfit items offered by IRT models may enhance the validity of measurement in Building and Calibrating the psychological Flow scale.
4- The advantage of the indepence of measurement (Test –independence& sample independence) offered by IRT.method considerably contribuates to the reliability of measurmement.
The Practical importance
1- The calibrator psychological response to the flow using IRT the provision of linear measurement, independence and objectivity of the theory of scale adds to the psychological scales Arabic library measure developer and listed so they can be used as a tool and diagnostic research in various areas of psychological research and education.
2- Allows the using of the IRT in the grading scale of psychological flow obtain estimates of the capacity corresponding to each grade ore potential college on the scale, including scores that fall outside the scope of the staging sample grades, and thus become the measure is valid for estimating the capacity of individuals that increase their ability to or less than the extent of estimates staging sample used in the current study ability.
3- Allows the using of item response theory in the grading scale for the flow of psychological division of scale to test images brief neutral measurement so that the ability of the individual on a scale estimates no different psychological flow.
Problem of the study
The problem could be summarized in the following question:
1- What is the calibration of the scale item psychological flow using Item Response Theory Models?
2- What is the estimate person parameter estimates on psychological flow scale after the calibration?
3- TO what extent is the final version of the scale Valid and reliable after the calibration?
4- What are the normas on the basis of which the person parameter estimates on psychological flow scale?
5- What is the possibility of obtaining one(or more) equated short version of psychological flow scale?
Term of the study :
• psychological flow: Flow is the mental state of operation in which the person is fully immersed in what he or she is doing, characterized by a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and success in the process of the activity. Flow experiences occur when a person becomes engaged in controllable but challenging tasks or activities that require considerable skill and which are intrinsically motivating .
• Item Response Theory: It is acontemporary approach in psychological measurement that addresses objectivity . It has manged ti provide soluation to many practical testing problem as well as offered several advantages over classical measurement methods.The theory depend on anumber of mathematical probabilistic model that predict the responses of the examinee and those of the individual test item.
• Calibrating the scale by Rach model: calibrating ascale used to assess acertain trait by rasch model refer to the process of constructing alinear metric on which the item s of that scale are scaled according to their difficulties.
• Equated test. They are test whose items are all calibrated on common linear metric, where the estimated measure for agiven individual will not vary whatever test is used.
• Standardization of the scale : it refer to the practices of defining certain level of the trait to be measured , according to the objectives of the measurement situation, to serve as standards of reference that help interpreting the levels of individuals assessed by the scale.
The theoretical framework of the study:
It included:

- Method of behavioral measurement(Classical psycometic method, Item response theory- Rash model).

-The item of the Psychological flow scale may be calibrated on one linear metric usuing the rasch rating scale model.
- It is possible to obtain one (or more) equated short version from the calibrated scale.

- SPSS program was used for data entry and scoring and calculatin central tendency & disersion measures and percentiles.
- Winsteps program was used for calibrating the Psychological flow scale according to rasch model.
Results of the study :
-The current study has managed to calibrate the item of the Psychological flow scale on one linear metric according to Rasch model after conducting optimum categorization and verifying the unidmimentionality assumption. The process of calibration involved eliminating 6 items from the scale that showed statical mimsfit to the rasch model ,so the calibrated scale constis of 66 items.
-It was possible to calculate the person measures corresponding to each possible total score on the scale in its final form.
-The final version of the scale was valid and reliable.

The study used the winsteps program for calibrating the scale according to rasch model
The most important finding were as follows
-The current study has managed to calibrate the item of the Psychological flow scale on one linear metric according to Rasch model after conducting optimum categorization and verifying the unidmimentionality assumption. The process of calibration involved eliminating 6 items from the scale that showed statical mimsfit to the rasch model ,so the calibrated scale constis of 66 items.
-It was possible to calculate the person measures corresponding to each possible total score on the scale in its final form.
-The final version of the scale was valid and reliable.
- It was possible to make the measurement standards that can be used to interpret the estimated measure of examinees on the total scale or any of its two short version.
- It was possible to obtain two equated short version of the calibrates scale .Each short version consistes of 30 items that satisfied the 9 aspects of Psychological flow scale including in the total scale.
