Outstanding leadership is able to achieve the overall quality in the educational work by directing performance towards specific standards and levels in order to achieve education to the level of competitiveness and ability to deal with the data of the age and its variables. The secondary level is of particular importance within the educational ladder. It is the middle of the basic and higher education stages. Basic education aims to develop students’ abilities and readiness, satisfy their tendencies and provide them with the necessary values, behaviors, knowledge and scientific skills in accordance with the circumstances of their different environments. Plays a role in social and economic development The training is one of the important pillars in the institution. In view of this importance, training has become an indispensable necessity, so that the individual performs his work satisfactorily and develops his skills and develops his knowledge and experience. This is reflected in both the nature of the training itself and its distant goals. Comprehensive and balanced development of individuals within the institution in which they work. The National Authority for Quality Assurance of Education and Accreditation is considered one of the main pillars of education reform in Egypt as the body responsible for spreading the culture of quality in educational institutions and society, Cup with the international standard for the restructuring of educational institutions, standards, and improve the quality of its operations and outputs, in order to gain the confidence of the community, increase its competitiveness locally and internationally, and serve the purposes of sustainable development in Egypt national.
